I work in watercolor, ink, acrylics, monotype, graphite, and collage to produce my art. Currently, I am also experimenting with various methods of printmaking. My subject matter is inspired by my travels and sometimes just by shapes and designs I see around me. My art is mainly abstract. Texture, line and color play a major role in my paintings.

I have studied at Pratt Institute, the Brooklyn Museum, Art League of Long Island (ALLI), and the Huntington Fine Arts Workshop. I have taken workshops at Bennington College, Delray Art Center, the Armory Art Center in West Palm Beach, and the Springmaid Beach workshops. I have studied with well known Long Island artists including Jim Ford, Jean Koroluck, Carl Molno, Paul Wood, Betty Holiday, and Stephanie Navon-Jacobson.
